Costa Mesa, California builder founded by Snyder and Lynne Vick in 1971 around the ex-Kendall 32 mould. It sold the Westsail 32 both factory-finished and as kits, added the 28, 39, 42 and 43, filed for bankruptcy in 1977 and, as Westsail International, wound down by 1979–81.
