Bellingham, Washington powerboat builder founded in 1957 by Art Nordtvedt, notable for building exclusively with fire-retardant resins and for US Navy river patrol craft. It built the Valiant 40 under contract from 1973 until financial trouble led to its acquisition by Chris-Craft in 1984.
